Driver’s license requirement
All renters must present a valid driver’s license at the time of booking and pick-up. The name on the license must match the name on the reservation.
Deposit & payment
A 40% deposit is required to secure a booking. Guests may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance (if any) is due before vehicle pick-up.
Insurance coverage
Insurance is included with every rental and is required. A fee of $17 per day will be added to the total rental cost at booking.
Fuel policy
All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas. If the tank is not full upon return, a refueling fee will be applied.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.
Mileage policy
Mileage allowances may vary by vehicle: • Some vehicles include unlimited mileage • Others have a set mileage limit Any mileage limits and overage fees will be clearly stated at booking.
Late return fees
There is a one-hour grace period after the scheduled return time. After that period, a $50 per hour fee will be charged.
Vehicle condition & cleaning
Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition inside and out. Excessive dirt, trash, stains, or spills may result in a cleaning fee.
